Car headlights

Car headlights, also called car lighting, are mainly used for nighttime lighting. Car headlights include low beam and high beam, both of which are used to illuminate the road ahead, the only difference is that one illuminates closer and the other illuminates farther. Normally, the illumination distance of low beam is about 30-40 meters, and the illumination range is about 160°, while the high beam has a more concentrated light, a larger bright spot, and can illuminate higher and farther places.
- Matrix led headlight: Used during normal driving at night, it will not dazzle other drivers.
- High beam: Use only in the dark and when there are no other vehicles ahead on your route or the opposite route. Using high beam when there is a vehicle ahead will interfere with the vision of other road users.
Taillight

The taillights will emit a red light and light up when the headlights are on. Just like the headlights of a car, the taillights of a car can help the road users behind to confirm the presence of the vehicle in front in the dark.
In addition, the taillights can also allow drivers to maintain a suitable safe distance from the vehicle in front to avoid accidents.
Brake lights

Unlike the taillights, brake lights only light up when you step on the brakes, and are usually red.
Brake lights can be used as warning signs to alert vehicles behind you that your vehicle is slowing down or wants to stop, so drivers must ensure that the brake lights are in good condition at all times.
Daytime running lights

Daytime running lights are a type of light that is turned on when driving during the day. Its main function is to improve the recognition of the vehicle during the day. It usually turns on automatically after starting the car engine.
This light does not replace the function of the car headlights. Its main purpose is to improve the visibility of the vehicle while driving, making it easier for other road users to see your vehicle, especially when the car headlights are not on.
Turn signal

The turn signal is located next to the car headlights and taillights. It is a warning light that reminds other vehicles and pedestrians when the vehicle turns or changes lanes. When the turn signal is turned on, it will flash continuously to attract the attention of the other party to avoid accidents.
Turn signal is the most commonly used light by drivers. It can clearly indicate the direction you are going to drive to surrounding vehicles. When overtaking, changing lanes, turning around, pulling over, or entering the highway, you should turn on the lights 10-20 seconds in advance to give the road users behind you enough time to react.
When driving, you must turn on the turn signal, but many road users are reluctant to turn on the lights to signal. Such driving habits can easily cause accidents, making it impossible for the rear vehicle to slow down temporarily and directly hit.
In addition, many drivers think that they can change lanes directly after turning on the turn signal, and other road users must give way. However, even if the turn signal is turned on, you must first ensure that the car behind is at a safe distance before changing lanes, otherwise it is easy to cause an accident.
Fog lights

Fog lights are lights that are turned on in rainy and foggy weather. They have the characteristics of strong penetration and high recognition in fog, which can warn and reduce the probability of accidents. Fog lights cannot be used as lighting lights. Using fog lights in high visibility is as bad as abusing high beam lights, which will affect the sight of other road users.
Fog lights are only used in rainy and foggy weather with low visibility.
Width indicator light/small light
The function of width indicator light is to show the width and length of the vehicle body at night, so that the relative position and volume of each other can be judged when meeting or overtaking. Normal width indicator light is white in front and red in the back, and is generally installed at the edges of the front, back and sides of the car.
Reversing light
The reversing light and brake light are both installed at the rear of the car, but the brake light is red and the reversing light is white. Its main function is to illuminate the road behind the car, facilitate the reversing vision, and like the brake light, it can play a certain warning role.
Double flash light
The double flash light is a signal light on the car. Its main function is to remind other road users to pay attention to special circumstances of the car and let other road users avoid it in time.
As a signal light, the scope of use of double flash light is roughly the following situations: temporary parking, vehicle breakdown or traffic accident, trailer, etc.
If you find dangerous objects in front, you can also turn on the double flash light to "notify" the vehicle behind that you are slowing down.
Interior lighting
The interior light is usually turned on by the driver or passenger in the car when needed in the dark. The interior lights are usually dim yellow, so that they will not interfere with the driver's vision. It should be noted that you should turn off the interior lights when you don't need them, as it may cause your car battery to be drained.
