1.6-inch double direct headlights Matrix lens
Dual direct beam design:
Independent light sources for high and low beams: Two groups of LEDs are used for high beam and low beam respectively, avoiding the delay of switching of traditional LED single light source, achieving instantaneous switching, and more stable brightness.
Superimposed brightness: Dual light sources can work simultaneously in high beam mode, greatly increasing the irradiation distance (usually up to 500 meters or more).
1.6-inch matrix lens
Precise light control: Each lens is composed of multiple optical units, which can adjust the angle independently to form a glare-free cutting line to avoid dazzling oncoming vehicles.
Adaptive light type: The intelligent system can dynamically adjust the switch of some lenses to achieve optimization of scenes such as bend fill light and high-speed long-range shooting.
Intelligent function
Automatic adjustment: Automatically switch high and low beams through light sensing or vehicle-mounted signals (such as CAN bus), or adjust the irradiation range according to vehicle speed (such as widening the field of view at low speed in the city).
Fault diagnosis: Some high-end models support LED status monitoring, and abnormalities are prompted through mobile phone APP.
White and yellow dual color temperature
Yellow light (3000K-4300K): Strong penetration in rainy and foggy days, reducing reflected glare.
White light (5000K-6000K): Provides high color rendering lighting for daily driving, and clearer vision.
Mixed mode: Some products support dual-color simultaneous opening to balance penetration and brightness.
Technical parameter reference
Power: The power of the whole lamp is about 50W-60W (need to match the vehicle circuit).
Lumen value: Single light source can reach more than 6000lm, and double direct light superposition exceeds 12000lm.
Heat dissipation: Aviation aluminum + turbo fan active heat dissipation to ensure long-term high-load work.
Compatibility: Supports common interfaces such as H4, H7, 9005, and some require decoders (anti-error).
Applicable models
Before modification, confirm whether the headlight assembly space can accommodate a 1.6-inch lens group (some compact models need to cut the reflective bowl).
It is recommended to be installed by a professional technician to avoid light pattern deviation or poor heat dissipation.
Typical application scenarios
Off-road/high-speed: high beam direct + yellow light auxiliary to cope with complex road conditions.
Urban roads: Intelligent low beam + matrix anti-glare to ensure pedestrian safety.
In rainy and foggy weather: switch to yellow light mode to improve side road recognition.
